If after removing the Edge (Chromium based) browser from your Windows 10, you want to reinstall Edge once again then you can download the latest version of the Edge browser from.
After the Edge (Chromium based) browser has been uninstalled, you will be informed about the uninstallation through a message being displayed in the old Edge browser. In this window, click on the Uninstall button. You will now see the usual prompt for uninstalling Microsoft Edge browser. Then append a back slash (\) followed by setup.exe –uninstall –system-level and press Enter. In the PowerShell window, paste the path you copied in step 2 by right-clicking in the window. For this, just click on File and then Open Windows Powershell with administrator in the folder. Launch PowerShell (or Command Prompt) with administrator level access. 
Copy the path of the installer folder by pressing Alt+D and then Ctrl+C. You should be able to see setup.exe in this folder. Then open another sub-folder inside the version folder named installer.
Find a version sub-folder (named after the Edge browser version installed such as 89.0.774.68) in the folder you opened in step 1. 
This will open a folder where Edge browser is installed.
Right-click on the Edge browser desktop shortcut and choose Open file location. Now what? Fortunately, there is another way to completely remove Chromium-based Edge browser from Windows 10. But when you try to uninstall it, you may find the Uninstall button is greyed out and does not work. Some users have claimed that Edge browser can be installed from the Apps and Features section in Windows 10 settings. But if you do not really like it then you can also easily remove it from your PC. 
It does not cause any harm to keep it installed on your PC. The new Microsoft Edge browser (Chromium based) comes pre-installed on the new versions of Windows 10.
